Show your Joe Contest!

2010 May 17
by Ryan

We want to see your coffee in use!

From on your counter fighting off the morning to climbing mountains to whatever you can think of, we want to see your coffee bag being used! And we’ll give you things for the picture!

Here’s what to do:

  1. Buy a pound bag of our freshly roasted coffee (not online yet, dangit…)
  2. Take a picture of your bag in use or in any locale you deem fit. The more creative the better!
  3. Upload your picture to our Fan Pictures section of our Facebook Page .  Make sure you caption the picture “I WANT FREE COFFEE!” so we know that it’s part of the contest.
  4. Take more than one picture if you want! There’s no limit to how many entries you can have.
  5. We will vote on the pictures in three categories: Craziest Shot, Best Use of the coffee, and most Artistic Picture.

The winner of each category will get five–count ’em– five free pounds of coffee from R&R!

Start taking those pictures and uploading ’em! The contest will end June 18, 2010 and winners will be announced at our Annual Ice Cream Social June 19th! (you don’t have to be present to win, although we’d like it if you’d come to the party that day…)

Who doesn't want FREE COFFEE?!?

(Fine print! All pictures submitted may be used in advertising purposes on, its twitter feed at or its facebook page. We are not responsible if you get in trouble or spill/lose your coffee trying to capture that crazy shot. Winners will be determined by vote by the R&R staff. Prize will be distributed one pound at a time in order to maintain our freshness standard. (Sorry, no one can drink 5 pounds of coffee in a week…) One prize per household, please. Don’t be greedy. R&R Staff and families are not eligible. Make sure that your picture’s theme is something that can be shown on a public domain. R&R has the right to remove any picture we deem inappropriate for our concept. Prizes can not be transferred to other parties. Plus anything else that can land us in hot water. 🙂 )

Good luck! There’s 5 pounds of coffee waiting for ya!
